  • the law prohibits rape by fraud, supposedly.

  • Hmm. I suppose there must be some intensely complex reason why you've decided to take the piss, too.

  • that one is not complex, people don't care unless it's startling. They are constantly overloaded with media stories that aren't fun, let's entertain and educate them at the same time. Regarding education, they do need to know about narcissistic sociopaths. I have had very serious issues with my reproductive system so it is taking the piss and it is not taking the piss...

  • I'm not overloaded. I'm just shocked and disappointed - every day.

As a teacher, I do feel overwhelmed. And as a human being, I (and I'm sorry about this) gave up a long time ago and ran away to Australia. But I returned and I still teach for money - (although I bury myself in my post-whatever university linguistic studies as a preference).

I'm not entirely sure if the human race is worth the effort, but I'll always make that effort. I just can't stop loving humanity. Sorry :)

  • I like it!

  • thanks : )

  • Oh, I was deleted.

Just wanted to say that I apologise for misunderstanding your intensely complex meaning here. No offense meant.

    My bad.

  • This is about sexual offences, so, no, not a joke, the sexual offence of procuring women by false pretenses has been illegal since 124 years ago and currently it is treated as rape by fraud like in the 2006 conviction of Harvinder Singh Jheeta. Jheeta is still in prison, it is rape.

But there's no reason why you can't enjoy the song.

  • This is something ideally your MP ought to have told you, but Parliament most likely cannot help you. They cannot 'clarify' or apply the law, and they are not likely to change the law retroactively (let me just put that forward as an educated guess).

I'm very sorry for what happened to you, but I just fail to see what exactly Parliament could do in this, within the constitution.

  • Parliament is feeling muddled about the criminal law so is writing to Oxford University. my MP says he will make sure he finds me a lawyer as long as the professor tells him a crime has been committed against me. How weird. What happened to me has been outlawed since 124 years ago.

It is a really long story but the justice system is pretty erratic, not so much the criminal law.

  • I see your point there, and I wish you good luck, but English courts - esp. criminal courts - are not passionate about listening to academic opinion. Herring does have a great and justified reputation (he taught me), but it's just not how prosecutions in practice work - the decision is for the CPS, and you can seek review, but it will be a very limited review. Neither can Parliament compel the CPS to prosecute - the CPS does not owe any duties to Parliament.

  • Gordon Brown referred me to the Home Office. I don't know if that's of any bloody use.

  • To cut a long story short, my case should be a public prosecution not a private prosecution; this one thing can solve all my problems.

According to Professor Peter Alldridge's analysis, I have been criminally harmed. I know that I do have witnesses and evidence on paper; Parliament cannot leave this as it is. Parliament cannot say yes to inaction after serious criminal harm of its citizens; no matter what there has to be a prosecution.

  • Moonbat. Caring in the community has gone too far

  • what are you talking about?????

  • This is me putting mrfloreat's comment back on,: ""What exactly is your song about? You haven't explained this anywhere, so I don't think anyone will understand what you are trying to say. There isn't an offence of procuring women by false pretences. You seem to be suggesting that you were lied to about something by a man and are suggesting, as Herring notes could be possible whilst others disagree, that this would negate your consent to sexual intercourse. Is that what you are trying to say?" "

  • Comment removed

  • It's about Sections 74 and 76 of the Sexual Offences Act (2003), and I keep on telling MP's it's very inappropriate for this to pursued in private prosecutions only it should be a public prosecution . YES THERE IS an offence of procuring women by false pretenses, Jhetta got jailed for it, Peter Alldridge talked about it in the 1990s and he really wants MORE prosecutions, Jonathan Herring said 'it should be rape' but it's still a lesser offence of procuring women by false pretenses 2 yrs n prison

  • Sections 74 and 76 are about the definition of consent. They don't contain particular offences.

  • Sure, Alan Wertheimer disagrees with Jonathan Herring, my God his book was so convoluted going on and on and I was just like 'oh heck,.. make up your mind'; I was lied to 350 times as misrepresentations of material fact, that's why sexual intercourse that was procured as a result was a legally impermissible thing to do, also according to Joel Feinberg. Both the Nature and Quantity of Deception qualify this case as sexual fraud and only a PUBLIC prosecution will work, not PRIVATE. Sexual Fraud

  • I'm sorry that you were lied to and that now you regret what you did. I'm sure it's very upsetting. Have you thought about seeing someone to talk about what happened?

  • well it was the first time that I got annihilated by a sociopath, so it has been a very sinister experience. I didn't sleep or really eat for half of this year. I have received support from Dr Sally Caldwell, who tells me that conventional wisdom is full of nonsense and basically bullshit;; the most helpful institute is the Institute of Relational Harm Reduction & Public Psychopathy/ Sociopathy Education. I couldn't afford their counselling so read shitloads in the British Library on DSM-IV

  • PARLIAMENT is now writing to Jonathan Herring, Fellow in Law at Oxford Uni, formally, I saw the letter as I was sitting right next to my Member of Parliament when he was writing it up 2 nights ago. The man that I wish to prosecute is a narcissistic sociopath as defined in DSM-IV and won't stop committing crimes, it is actually cheaper for the state to prosecute than to have him unprosecuted. A sociopath costs 50,000 USD each year, that's 31,240 of British tax.

  • But why would Parliament write to an academic? Herring can't change the law!

  • So why do you believe that there is not a law against procuring women by false pretenses then? Professor Peter Alldridge has explained why it's illegal with his analogy to contract case law, he talked about the social contract theorists, and he approves of Joel Feinberg's liberal doctrinal analysys. Moreover, I talked to a Partner of a leading London law firm- who will go ahead with legal proceedings, Criminal Procedure & Investigations Act 1996- so long as I pay him

  • That lawyer, a Partner of BCL Burton Copeland, whose name I won't write down here, did not tell me to p*ss off and go away- he says he is not seeking to persuade me not to prosecute but these are the financial systems for prosecuting. This is fundamentally unfair, kills the point of justice as intended 124 years ago and most offenders of this law are narcissistic sociopaths. And it is cheaper for the Govt to prosecute than to leave it

  • Ahahaha

  • No, why? never said i did. What is the point of this song? What are you trying to achieve?

  • I want Parliament to help me NOW and considering that they are giving me lots of attention, I am pleased, not just for myself but for the other innocent people who also deserve to be protected.

What I want to achieve is to bring the legal system in line with what the legal scholars had in mind 124 years ago when they wrote a law. Nobody has really done the work in the past 124 years and that's why it must be done NOW

Sorry to be saying hardly anything in the grand scheme of things.

  • what are you on about? this song makes no sense?

  • Sections 74 and 76 Sexual Offences Act (2003) clarifying what has been illegal in Britain since 124 years ago

have you got a law degree?

  • it seeks to drive dodgy activities to court and the 44-year-old imposter has a long history of fraud. So, if you have any bank account, your money is protected- in this very large system. And the law I was talking about is the sexual offence of procuring women by false pretenses which is unlawful under sections 74 and 76 of the Sexual offences act (2003) in the UK.

Of course I am driving you crazy because this has already driven me crazy.

    I haven't died though. woo-hoo

  • I'm sorry, what does this song have to do with me? It's weird. I really don;t get it.

  • Nothing, except that you are also protected by this song, consider it a blessing that you are not directly involved that you do not have to fight a battle to enforce a law written 124 years ago...

    happy listening.

  • Cool^^

  • I'm not sure what is going on here, but this is an interesting way to express... Whatever this video is meant to express.lol

  • My Reproductive System!!!!! Is one thing being expressed..... lol

  • After hitting up Google (Thank heavens for search engines), I finally know more about Gordon Brown.lol Obviously I'm not British, and am fairly ambivalent as to political personalities even in my own country (I'm merikin.:P)

As for your Reproductive System... uh... grats.:)

  • lol nice 1

  • Gordon Brown

    Gordon Brown

Why don't you give a monkeys

    About the forced adoption industry

    And the human trafficking scam?

  • wait wait . How can adoption be forced?? and the scale of human trafficking is frightening, maybe it seems like the authorities aren't doing enough because it is such a overwhelmingly difficult issue. Surely adoption is a matter of choice and in fact the checks on pros. parents are so absolutely comprehensive that it typically takes over 1 year for the checks to be completed?

  • Does he actually know about it though? I can tell him for you if you want.

  • Gordon Brown Gordon Brown Fast asleep like a baby Sucky thumb, while Jack Straw And Peter Scandalson make hay While the sun shines on Labour Before the thunderstorm breaks With the headlines on the papers About the Secret Family Courts Baby P died by the hands Of a wretched paedophile While the kids of good mothers Are forcably adopted
  • Heya- interesting lyrics. Thanks. What tune do you expect to do that in, or do you mean it as a poem???

  • About what you said about Baby P, it seems that Gordon Brown does not like sex offenders. It appears that he did some thinking before he sent me a letter.

  • oh really? i didn't realise that

  • Filming on a plane is illegal :o

  • Gordon Brown, Gordon Brown, will you be my angel? Guardian Angel is what I meant, will you rescue my soul? ....
