a cardio for 10 mins is also a good warmup.i am suffering from tennis elbow from skull crushers and shoulder joint problems from bench press from last 20 days.so eventually i had to take a break from gym for like 1 month.
ya I warm up maybe 3 light pyramid sets on the first exercise than everything else I do 1 warm up really light to to give my brain the pattern of what we are going to be doing next. I have found it to be working very well

@emericaordie15 Oh sorry, well yeah pretty much what lui did was add on a couple extra sets to which ever muscle was lagging (in his case it was his left bicep) and he did a couple extra sets of preachers if im not mistake. So yeah pretty much just add another set or two onto the lagging muscle group for it to catch up. Using dumbbells instead of barbells is a good way to prevent one muscle from becoming dominant over the other.
@SnapCity1 my case my right glute is bigger than the left . should i just work the left glute until it catches up with the right side?? like one leg squats for the glute to grow on the left side, please reply man!

I did my chest day yesterday, also Monday where i am. Tried a new routine which was
5 sets flat bench-3 sets decline-3 sets guillotine-5 sets dips- 3 sets close grip bench-3 sets tricep pull downs. I was kinda depressed after the workout because i couldn't feel and soreness but i found out the next morning it was just adrenaline and im hurting like a mother fucka right now lol
