@Duduman1 The machine is called a milling machine. The brand is Wirtgen, and the machine's job is to remove the old pavement using a toothed drum underneath it in preparation for paving.

This road is one of the main streets leading into Brugge, Belgium. I do not know what this machine is called, unfortunately!
