  • shit that looks like a quick way to break my ankle lol

  • my class uses horse stance on multiple bricks with occasional( very random, and playful) balance checks....

  • Rex Quon Do - who wants to get kicked by a dude wearing pants like these!!!

  • awsome thanks for this.

  • Great Grandmaster Ip man was VERY famous for his horse and his rooting power,..something that so many have forgotten,..a great tool and a great idea.

  • horse???

wing chun hase no horse stance only goat srry :_)

    -

  • horse = stance , dont be so narrow minded...

  • You're stands only go forward and backwards,

    what about side to side?

    (and every other direction?...)

balance in those directions seem just as important as front to back.

if the bottom of it was a ball it seems like you'd get much more out of it.

  • These look great! I wonder how I can find advanced roto-rooting devices. My sewer is backed up from so much shit like this I flush down the toilet. Na, seriously, these are great inventions and dude looks pissed enough so i'll shut up.

  • The pants though are amazing. Do you sell those through your company.

  • My company should sell brains, to supply assholes like yourself. All you got from that video, was what kind of pants the guy is wearing. Pretty pathetic! Sifu Darrell Jordan has more skill, and knowledge then your pea brain could handle. I guess that was why you could only focus on his pants. Grow up, and have a little respect!!!

  • They are funny though. Weightliftig pants are always strange on people who aren't big enough to require them as a lifting outfit.

  • @wingchundummys Those pants are still amazing.

  • good thinking - but a better device already exist. it's a springy half-ball so you work on stability in all direction, not only in the forward-backword vector.

  • Hey Ron, Thanks.I know of the have air filled rubber ball, we have tried this as well and it is not the same. I disagree about it being better because the ball is springy because it gives. When you take incoming energy and bring it into your root you don not want to be bouncing and that is what happens on that other device. Yes, it goes in all directions but its much harder on these because rockers are hard surface on a hard floor. Takes much more balance to keep the tables level then the ball.

  • Very well - I mentioned the springy kind because it's easier for begging working on advenced rooting - you can find a similar half-balls made from light weight wood - phisyothrapists work with them - and they are harder to stand on then the springy ones, while moving in all directions too.

  • Hey Ron, I never seen those, but yes those would be most challenging due to rotation in all directions. I am going to look into make those next. I have a large wood lathe and can turn half of a ball , and mount platform on that. Thanks for the feedback. Jim

  • Happy to oblige. good luck!

  • This is awsome training device. Amazing!
