@FIRERESTART yeah it is.. i dont know where people get this weird thing where apparently you have to touch the rim to dunk.. by defination, a dunk is pretty much forcing or thrusting the ball in the net.. so yes dwight howards superman "dunk" was ainfact a dunk

@FIRERESTART ths is wha ti heard during the 08 dunk contest. dunking is not touching the rim but "forcing" the ball in over the rim. theres a difference between "forcing" the ball in, and laying the ball in.
