a 1440 eh... I drove a 1480 for about 10 years, good machines . You could put a turbocharger on that bad boy. Thats really the only difference between a 1440 and 1460 other than the grain tank size. It wouldnt hurt a bit and you could throw a 22.5 or 25 ft header on it then. the sieves and rotor are the same size 40 or 60.
