A general manager told me his waiters at the grand promenade have the right to be rude to customers, if the customer is rude to the waiter. What a pathetic attitude. Maybe I should pass on my details of the few promenade employees that my friend sells drugs to.

i've stayed in the stamford grand twice, we're coming back in 2 years aswell, and i hope to emigrate to glenelg eventually.
