I did this to a buddy of mine to end a 3v3 turtle fest. Both of the other guys on my team were Engineers, I just found a Spy on the other team(Which wasn't hard since they were ALL Spies) and healed him. Actually got an Uber on him, but he tried to backstab and lost it. Was fun to watch the Engineers run around and try beat the Spy to death with me sitting there healing him.
