Manta Point Maldives 2006

I was at Manta point in 1995 and saw something like this...the drop off is extraordinary....its what inner space was named after and as the shallow reef dissappears at 90 degrees into untold depths I clung to the precipise to stop myself from being ripped off by the current and these truly awesome creatures flew up to me from the depths....they are there to check you out...they arent oblivious, they interact and swoop around you, if you ever get the chance to do this its totally unmissable.
