Sure thing. For this video I use a video capture device: The Dazzle VC100. There are other similar devices on the market. Basically it is a direct feed from the TV/Gaming Console.

And if you see my Guitar Hero Metallica - One or Nothing Else Matter, I use a Sony Handycam for the video.

I then edit (if needed) on either Window Movie Maker or Sony Vegas Editing software.
