Dialga talks like that because the heroes are little critters and he is HUGE compared to them. It's no surprise he talks like that, as it's from the heroes point of view. And he must be very LOUD to them.

@MrLucas4384 Man, that's kinda... a bad combo for beating a Steel/Dragon type. I just looked at their TM list, and they can't know anything that can help you against Dialga. I'm a Mudkip and My partner's Munchlax, and knowing Dig (Mudkip) and Focus Punch (Munchlax) really helped me beat him. Those are both super effective, and both Shinx and Phanpy can't learn those... except that Phanpy can use Earthquake, but that'll really hurt Shinx... I don't really know what to tell you.

@MrLucas4384 the trick i use always is to get a lot of reviver seeds if i cant beat a boss so mayby thats a thing you can try and if you have some other questions about pokemon then i can help you if you need

@MrLucas4384 one of the easiest ways to beat Dialga is to use sleep seeds, totter seeds, etc. to give him a crippling status ailment, then just keep attacks. (it would also be a good idea to have reviver seeds and oran berries). if your still have trouble, you can do the classic RPG way of beating a hard boss. Level up more before you fight it.

im cyndaquil, partner is squirtle, this is my stratagie throw gravel rock, use smokescreen and hit it with flamethrower and lava plume, then use a stun seed eat a violant seed then spam lava plume and use flamethrower then use a vile seed and a sleep seed and try to finish dialga

Diaga is so hard for the "best" pair of pokemon, piplub and turwig, I tried endless time and when I try this when i'm lv. 54, I finally finish him off using quick seed grimmy foods lockon specs reviver seed oran berry bullet seed brick break and blizzard.

@LuckyIrishGirl99 Yes get alloud of sleep seeds, cunfuse seeds and so on, throw them at dialga to put him to sleep or something and have plenty of reviver seeds, Whilehe's asleep or confused, attack him

@riannasdad I don't think you can catch any Pokemon in the Mystery Dungeon games but I think you can recruit it by returning to the top of Temporal Tower a second time and battling Dialga again after battling Primal Dialga.

@bigxtimexrushx There's a ton of aftergame dungeons... The first thing you have to do is graduate from the guild. They will prompt you and give you instructions (you have to fight the whole guild). Uh, there's a ton of stuff to do... Everybody will tell you what to do in the game just like they have been ^^'

What I did: Sleep seed,confuse seed and petrify seed. Then,Focus Punches,Thunders and Focus palms where everywhere.

As for myself, it took me 3 tries to win.i had bulbusaur and mudkip and level 42. What mainly saved my life was the move gigadrain,learned by TM, which allowed me to deal massive damages after a time roar( zbout 200 bcause of his passive), thus seriously healing me.

I came in with a Mudkip and Pikachu as a partner....all I have to say is Mudkip's final move Endeavor does MASSIVE damage to Dialga!! If I didn't know that move I would've been screwed!!

I finished Primal Dialga after teaching my Pokémon (not partner) Focus Punch, which I found after... few tries ._. God, Fighting type is one of TWO weaknesses, the other being Ground. Immunity to Poison, 1x to Fire, Ice and Dragon, 1/4x to Grass and 1/2x to everything other. THAT'S A FUCKIN' BEAST.

I tried defeating Dialga over 10 times, but then i worked out a tactic. Use the seed that gives you maximum SP and usual attack to max, then when he is standing infront of you use sleep seed. Then i used focus punch, Boom critical hit 700!
