EGW is their infallible prophet who holds the same authority in Adventism as the Pope does in Catholicism. They rejected the truth against their 1844 IJ heresy, and continue to preach a false Gospel that is pushed by the right wing cult movement that exists inside of the church.

There are things said that are not at all true, like the stated purpose of the 1957 treaty was to recreate a Holy Roman Empire. These SDAs mix truth with error, thus giving the 3 Angels' Messages a tarnished name, and thinking souls are lost.

The Sabbath day is the only day in the ten commandments so how can one man esteemth a day over another when there is only one day? the ceremonial laws were the ones with the days of trumpets, feast, tabernacles, Atonement. I am confused, is smoking a sin? Is it legalistic to preach dont smoke? Is it legalistic to preach dont murder? I dont see the sabbath as being any different to smoking. The power of jesus transcends sin. I will be saved as a smoker. Just as you would be saved as a sunday worshipper. However as a smoker am i preventing God from blessing me with health. True the church does do alot of picking and choosing but what I see your definintion of judging is, no can tell you anything even if it is wrong. If you look in the bible, theres 2 forms of judging.

1. Judging to claim your better than someone (parable of the pharisee and tax collector)

2. the adulterous woman, which shown that the pharisee showing the spirit to say your not saved.

Telling you whats right and wrong is not judging but it is showing love because its to get you away from it.

3. And judging to say that others are wrong (which of course makes the judge feel smug). That's what I see in Romans 14. And that's what I see in the church. 24/7, year after year, telling others they are eating the wrong foods, using the wrong words in their prayers, emphasizing the wrong bits of scripture, and observing the wrong day of the week. And it's all destructive, all wrong, and none of it is the product of love (vociferous protestations notwithstanding).
