  • Thanks for wearing what look to be bikini-style briefs, rather than boy shorts. IMO pole dance is such a feminine activity that it rather detracts from the look to wear any kind of boy shorts, especially when you are yourself so beautiful and elegant

  • Absolutely stunning physique!!

  • wooww... i wonder how you are so PERFECT and i thing is because its not about be strong but elastic. You does it at perfetion... Do you performence, or are in some competition? I'll try to look for you now..

  • Another very lovely performance! It's always a pleasure to see a new vid from you :)

  • thank you!! glad to hear from you!

  • Your technique and moves were as impressive as usual, but I think it was the mood of quiet and contemplation in the music and your dancing that I liked best. I love that "wrap-around" grip at 00:58 ...not many people's arms would go that many times around the pole. I liked both of the crescent, or "dove," variations --the one hander with arm sweep at 1:38 ...and the 1/2 bracket version at 1:53 . The 3:02 funky monkey was nice ...also the elbow grip in the reverse hook spin at the very end.

  • thanks poledancefan, didnt know 3:02 was the funky monkey, you always keep me updated on the latest moves names :) and always have the best comments!

  • Hey Sapphire! Great practice I love your moves and you are creative can't wait to meet you. I like 1:53 also.

  • thanks takeila!! hope to as well :)

  • you're amazing... love your videos... keep posting =) love your style

  • thanks! will post again soon, probably in another week or so!

  • amazing, simply amazing girl. I know it's a dumb question, but I always wondered if pole artists/dancers wore lotion or anyhting like that, I would guess not bc of the increased slip factor, but idk.

  • hey there, no we try to keep as dry as possible, or atleast i do! no lotion at all...!! thank you :)

  • hey..

song isent on the soundtrack but its in the movie. Its an old "Neil Young" tune (Don't Let It Bring You Down) and here a cover of "Annie Lennox". Its an absolutely beautiful song. One of my favorits. And you're dance was so.. sry cant find the word here. Just beautiful!! :)

  • 1:08 - 1:12 How do you get your body away from the pole?

  • i've had some students ask me this before, really to just get that "levitation" sort of look, the more you do those moves and the more muscle you gain, you will be able to push your body out and away from the pole, instead of 'hanging' on to the pole, its hard to explain on the internet! sorry... :( hope that helps a little...

  • It makes sense to me.

  • Absolutely lovely hon.

I've been subscribing for ages now, and they always are a pleasure to watch (even if it does make me a little envious for your flexibility lol!)

Can I ask how stretchy you were before you did all your contortion stretches etc eg, could you do the splits, hands flat on floor etc? ie hypermobile anyway?

Also, now you've done all the stretches do any joints ache at all?

.... I wonder cos I'm classed as hypermobile, but can't do what you can, but various joints ache for me.

  • hey there Ange70x, yes i am actually a little hyperflexiable, i've had to struggle the most with my legs, my back has always kept stretching the further i push it, I would say the only problem i have is if i sit bent over, my back does hurt, after stretching it back far, i have to kind of do it everyday or it starts to ache if i dont. if you are hyperflexiable i would start stretching and see where it takes you!!

    xoxo

    steph

  • Thanks Steph :-)

Yeah, I find if I sit for a long time then get up and start walking it takes about 8 steps until I'm fully straight if that makes sense, I kinda 'set' hahaha

Anyway, will give it a bash I think, thanks!

    Ange x

  • Lovely vid & song. 1:53 & 2:59 are gorgeous! Love it :)

  • thanks violetlilys!! and thanks for watching and commenting! xoxo
