I was going through a fansite and I realized something, this is the first game Final Fantasy where each character gets a specific set of weaponry. Cloud is the only playable character to use swords. The only repeat type is the gun factor but you can hardly put a machine gun in the same category as a sniper-type gun or rifle.

@FFVII95 There's more than one translation error that actually became canon: Aerith is pretty much the only exception in that they admitted their mistake. The reason? 'Earisu' is supposed to be an approximation of 'Earth'. That's right, she's called Earth. Aerith -still- loses the meaning and it looks stupid besides, so in my opinion they should have stuck with Aeris. If you don't know it's meant to represent Earth, Aeris also sounds closer to 'Earisu', since the 'th' sound is pretty specific.

Yoshiyuki - It can be found in rocket town where you get Cid. You have to talk to the old man and tell him you will look at the rocket with him or something like that. Then you talk to him again and he will give you it for spending some of your time with him.

And that's why I always made sure that i had over 50 pieces of materia! I usually got left with some low level attack materia, but II once got lucky and got to keep my Enemy Skill materia that I had built up! And after I did this side-quest, I went into battle and kill, then revived, then killed Yuffie numerous times as revenge. It made me feel better.
