i love the fact that its a modern enviroment, and your actually using a peice of wood as opposed to those shitty metal ones i keep seeing everywhere on youtube...

ive only just started with the bo, and its obvious to me that there is a shitload of energy running between you and the staff, if it was metal... i just dont see that happening... wood is clearly the better conductor of natural energy

ive practice this for a lil over a hour and i got the first part of it done and i cant do the secound and when i try to attemp the secound part i keep hitting myself in the face and the back......ouch :( lol

if you're having problems with this one, in our school we learned two-handed upward flower first. When you become able to perform it, it's easier to do this one since it's the same movement but only with the right hand (well, it was easier 4 me). hope this helps.

I think these clips are cool, but... There is one annoying point in all "tricking" tutorials, bad camera angle. In martial arts juggling and so on videos the camera should be behind, it would be so much easier to understand the movements! pls consider these in future vids..!!!! like third person view.

Early in my martial art career this move took me about 2-4 years to properly master. It is a good technique and was the basis for one-handed spinning defenses and attacks that I learned later on. Finally, someone who knows what they're doing with a staff on youtube...
