Ok i've watched gravitation, but i don't kno much about it other then the story itself. I have only found up to episode 13, does it end there? Someone tell me!

Yep, episode 13 is the last episode. You should read the manga, it delves much deeper into Shu and Yuki's relationship and IMO is just better overall than the anime ^^;
