What do the numbers actually mean? Are there other colors in between, that just get used a lot less often, or are these pretty much the only ones that people use? (Haha, I hope you don't mind the questions!)

This number is just the manufacture's number. I do not think it means to colors made by other factories. This video is only useful for the people who bought this box of color. People use way much more colors than this.
