A descent amount of people would have drowned such as the mail clerks in the Post Office on G Deck who died while trying to save sacks of mail but the vast majority froze within 20 minutes.

It actually does say at the beginning of the video, ROV hercules (Remote Operated Vehicle), and I believe that is what took the footage as well as providing the lighting. So, whether or not the divers went all the way down there, this footage was definitely taken by some kind of submersible vehicle.
