If the order doesnt change, the first 13 cards in this video will be numbers (say the card on the top of the deck is... 5) 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 1, 2, 3, 4. Then then next 13 will be the same, and the next, and the next.

no matter how many times you cut a deck of cards, the order of the cards will stay the same. imagine a deck of card thats only 1 to 10. you take cards 1 to 3 (which are on the top of the deck) and put them on the back of the deck. now the Top of the deck is 4, and cards after 10 are 1, 2 & 3. now you take cards 4~8 and put them on the back. Now 9 is on the top, and the cards after 10 are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8. The order doesnt change.

i did it and it worked. I even dd it backwards and it worked. do 13 piles of 4 cards, in order of suit: I did heart, diamonds, clubs, spades. the shuffle 4 times and makes 4 piles. it worked!

Therefore when he deals them into 13 piles they're still in the same order he put them in at the start. Do the trick without the cutting, then cut once and twice etc. you'll find that the amount of times you cut is complete irrelevent.

Trick is easy, cutting the deck never actually accomplishes anything. so if you cut the deck at the 4d 5d spot, the 4 becomes the bottom of the deck, the 5 becomes the top. Then when you cut it again you put them right back on top of each other. if anyone ever asks you to cut a deck for a magic trick that is the reason

it's simple you have 13 cards of each color, so the first you put down is a five for example then a six seven ... the thitheent then will be a four, then you start over and it will be a five again. You do this four times.

The cutting is just misdirection. The cards are all in the same order when he puts the deck together so dealing in 13 piles, so long as the cards are in the same order for each suit, pretty much just divides them up by value. You can even put them in a nonsensical order so long as the order is the same for each suit.
