  • I thought the interview was fine, but it would have been much better if more was spoken of his day to day activities in Vietnam, where exactly he was located, what his duties encompassed, why he was there, why he served multiple tours, and more about other individual experiences. From my experience interviewing veterans, it is more interesting to know the experiences they remember most and their opinions regarding a very unpopular war.

  • theres a old guy who lives down the road from me who has a real vietnam chopper in his front yard course we live outside of city limits.

  • I know a vet helicopter pilot. Pretty crazy and he usually wouldn't talk about stuff. He got talkin' one night and wow! The stuff he came out with....

  • I wish my father had talked to me about what he did. He was 82nd Airborne from 67-70. The alcohol killed him two years ago.
