@141gregmor The easiest way for me is to go into 3D cockpit view, pan yout mouse sideways and arrow back into the planes cabin then out through side. It takes a minute or so to do though. I go into replay mode and set the wing view while it paused.Panning is slow on a large model. There is also a untility called "izi cam" I think but I havent used it and read it's buggy with XP10

@ThePilotBuddy This is exactly the reason I have not done any daytime videos of St Maarten in V10. There are floating textures all over the place. Unless you want to start deleting textures from the scenery it will be a while till we can all use it as it should look. Bummer. "World Editor 1.2 " should be out soon. I've read maybe a couple months. I hear it will have the ability to place objects and textures on the ground. There may be a few people that have had luck with TNCM..Forums ?

@AERODYNAMICMICROSOFT Ok as far as it running better than FSX I would have to say yes. Yes meaning you don't have to overclock your CPU to 4 gigs to get good frame rates. Now if your used to scenery being a major factor, this is where x-plane is laking. You can get goos freeware scenery and companies like Aerosoft are now making scenery for x-plane. As far as flight dynamics You CAN NOT beat x-plane. This scenery unfortuately is not x-plane. I own flytamp TNCM and converted it.
@redpiper1 You will need a pretty doog machine to run x-plane though. I recommend at minimum a quad core. Probably an i7 would be your best bet. Also at least 4 gigs of good ram like PC1600. PC1300 will do you just fine but faster is always better in sims. A minimum 1 gig GPU is highly suggested. you can get minimum specs over the the X-Plane(dot)com website.

@AERODYNAMICMICROSOFT Also just to clear something up. My CPU is oveclocked and I'm getting pretty high FPS. WOuld I get as high without an overclock. I'm going to say no but I have tested at stock speeds and did pretty well. X-Plane is about 35% CPU and 65% GPU. FSX was 99.9% CPU. X-Plane is designed to run on multiple cores if need be. FSX was all CPU. So basically a good video card is helpfull in XP. Try to go with a good 1 gig or maybe higher like the 1.5 gig range for best results.
@AERODYNAMICMICROSOFT Also ha ha. I have raed about certain issues with high end ATI cards. I'm running a Nvidia GTX460 1 gig but want to move up to a GTX 580 1 to possibly 3 gig video card. Do you reseach before going ATI. They are working out the bugs on the ATI so they'll probably have that fixed soon.

FSX was never set up on dynamics and if you go to the Flight site they call it a "game" and "game play" and many orig FSX developers are on the Flight team. FSX always destroyed x-plane in graphics. companies like Aerosoft are making x-plane scenery now so it's going to be a dragrace for sure.

I know MS flight sims are the shittiest simulators ever in flight dynamis but still.. a "meh" choice for ifr. I'm thinking about to buy the XP10 to test... do you recommend?

@h1rif Well there a little different than 9 but still pretty cool. I don't care for the new chase view. The 3D cockpit view when the demo came out was pretty choppy but it's getting smoothere all the time. I'm not actually sure if they worked on them in the beta fixes but it's seems they have.
Love it. No lag. Nice imagery. 10/10. I hope that my computer will handle it when I get it :P so far with the demo its been a pain in the rear. semi slideshow to be honest lol! Great job buddy red! :)
@Nikedude109 Thanks. It does depend on the angle your viewing from on some heavier sceneries. You can still drop FPS if it verydetailed. It still IMO runs scenery better than V9. Have Fun !

@Xplaneflight OK I'm pretty sure this is a known issue. If you used the installer exe included with the DVD's you'll have to go to X-Plane (dot) com and download the new installer. Unfortunately you're going to have to re-install the entire set. Don't take my word for it though. There may be another fix. If you have a facebook account go to X-Plane by Laminar Research's page and ask. Tell them whats happening and they will SURELY post an answer.
@Xplaneflight No problem at all. I understand your frustration completely. I hope you don't have to go thru the entire reinstall process...Laminar tried to warn people that the new DVD installer had to be downloaded but not everybody got the message. I saw it on their facebook page.
I love the light reflection on the wing and the smoothness. Nice video and great time to land: X-plane 10 looks stunning at sunset. I still have to purchase it.
@redpiper1 Since I have a new mobile phone, my online banking is inactive. I have to activate it again but that takes a long waiting time :( I have no idea what the price will be including shipping costs (if there are any). But I think it's around 60 Euros (almost 90 dollars)
