I am in Panama Beach, Florida. Do you believe the DNA test methods should be changed where there is no inconclusive result, only positive or negative? Would this more aggressive approach help stop Citrus Greening? Does inconclusive mean positive?

The fungus mentioned here is Mycosphaerella citri, the causal agent of the leaf disease "greasy spot." It is very common on citrus in Florida.
