The military should be involved in fight againts organized crime and corruption. Organised criminals earn a lot of money by loan sharking & related organ trafficking and selling drugs. With that money, they can buy weapons in the black market or make some themselves. Thus,military intervention is necessary, maybe with temporary martial law. If very powerful criminals occupy one area, then the use of tactical nuclear weapons should be taken into consideration.
