@XXIXAK47XIXX .........that's alright, it takes a highly trained eye to notice slight abnormalities like that. the problem that we're noticing here really falls on that soldiers shoulder. his supperiors apparently told him that he would be stalking through a grocery store (hence, the plastic bag camo'). Work on your spotting techniqe and soon you'll be an expert sniper spotter.
this is ok for beginners - again i stress everyone is different- find your own method and what works best for you dont be mainstreamed or cookie cut by anyone.
@conjoeman for pitchers it is completely necessary. tucking the glove is part of getting in the ready position after you pitch the ball. if you throw your glove behind you, you have no way of defending yourself and/or making a play at a ball hit right back to you. but for fielders i could see your point.
Just last week my arm just somehow had forgotten how to throw a ball. I don't try to aim it, I dont think about it, I just try to throw the ball but it ends up going everywhere else but to my target. Example: one hop, over the guys head, or sometimes nowhere near him.
the only reason i watched this is because for whatever reason i messed up something in my delivery and the ball kept going down or over my targets head i fixed it tho now im back to normal.
any way you throw is the right way. everybody throws it differently this guy is right anybody is right. people just throw different ways just because you dont throw this way doesnt mean its wrong
The reasons that is suggested is only if your hand isn't big enough to actually hold the ball. Remember that sports people are actually kids at one stage...
DO NOT READ! A little over 20years ago a 12 year old boy was playing with his basketball in the street on Acto Street, NJ. Some teenagers who were drag racing on motorcycles weren't paying attention and ran him over and killed him. it is said that if you go on Acto Street, turn off your car, and blink your headlights 3 times you will see the figure of him bouncing the ball. Now that you have read this you must post this on 4 other messages in the next 10min, or you will die in an auto accident
No, idiots, you do it how this coach shows you in the video. Extend your arm first, and you kill your shoulder socket. Don't comment if you don't wtf you are doing.
You want to put the stress on muscles, not bones. Muscles heal and grow. Bones do not. This video is the right way.
its funny cuz he never actually threw the baseball lol
