U know.....I went on a Watermelon diet for 1wk. I lost 7 10 lbs. The only problem was, u don't realize how light that fruit is 2 the stomach, bc after the 7 days, everytime I tried 2 eat regular foods I kept throwing up. Bottom line, I could NOT keep anything down....it was too heavy. Took me about 3 days 2 get use 2 holding down the other garbage like butteredmashed potatoes, chicken, cereal, sphetti, steaks...etc.

@Yashaabakadawbra after 5 days on watermellon I eat Brocili and only brocli for a day of two with some more water Mellon separately. the next day I eat garden salad no dressing....chew well and eat lightly per meal, but many meals per day..the next day garden salad with oils / lemon juice//// the next day same but ad in a dessert, bread....the next day normal. in quick but out slow.
