This is really fantastic man . You put a certain emotion into your music im not a musician and thus i have not the words to describe that in more detail but the way you play has alot of feeling to it i love listening to your work especially your versions of Chrono music. I consider them to be just as good as the official versions becaue they make me feel the same way they did when i first heard them in the game itself. Thanks for all the uploads and keep it up.

@brino182 I don't think so. They made him remove it. It doesn't look like the book is still in print, but I was able to purchase a copy earlier this year. There may still be some out there.

I'm not sure I'm right, but one part doesn't seem to match up with the tab on your site. The first and second measure of the 16th line seems different. Can you explain what your doing different, if anything?

@TheBittervine Your are correct, sir. The tab is from the official chrono cross book. While learning and memorizing it, I made some changes to the way I played it. I'm intending to redo all the tab I've uploaded using the Lilypond software, so I'll redo this one next and make it closer to the way I played it. 16 is the bar number, not line number and looks correct to me. 17 is wrong, though.

@ChiZ712 The mic I used in this video is a Zoom H2, but I've stopped using it in favor of the Blue "Yeti". Both can be used as USB audio adapter/mics, but the Yeti works better with my nylon string guitars. It's also cheaper. The H2 has more features, but I don't the mic is as good as the Yeti.

Chrono Cross was (and still is) My second favorite game of all time. (Star Ocean: The Second Story takes first. ). Yasunori Mitsuda is my favorite composer, covering 2 of my favorite games soundtracks: Chrono Cross and Xenogears(Third Favorite). You cover the songs quite well. ^^;

hey. i've listened to this more than 100 times! i know this may sound wussy for a guy, but the first time i heard you play this song my eyes started burning.

would you be able to play " Chrono Cross - Home Village Arni " not just another aruni village? they're very similar, but they have different speeds and the other one is much faster.

I've only seen one other person on youtube that has actually played it and uploaded it, but it was it was very basic fingerstyling

Of course you can. The tune will be the same, just in a different key. He is using a capo to get it into the same pitch as the original, but you don't necessarily need to.

I never use the capo on the first fret. For me there is no need to play in a particular key because I'm alone. I use the capo to make fretting easier or for the sound. It's a matter of personal taste.
