Metal is more than just noise/rubbish to some people, although I'll admit it is an acquired taste. There's emotion to it, and a certain beauty I find elating. @coktale to keep it short, Brutal Death Metal is usually faster and musically a LOT more complex with a lot less breakdowns & chug riffs, mostly growled vocals & almost always exhale as opposed to mainly screaming & frequent inhales. Generally the subject matter in BDM is more death, apocalypse, nihilism and gore based, although MANY exceptions exist. This music of this song sounds core influenced though. for real BDM check out Lecherous Nocturne, Nile, The Faceless, Decrepit Birth, Trauma...

Brutal death metal would be Disgorge (Us), Guttural Secrete, Lust of Decay, Devourment, Wormed (great band), Defeated Sanity (another great band), Vomit the Soul etc. You can clearly see the similarities all those bands have and common and you can also see how Nile and Decrepit Birth don't really fall into that category.
