I dont get how a new character is pay2win. If its just a female ver of Tude then doesn't it fall under the bracket of cosmetic item. And there is no evidence that the character is OP....League of Legends have been doing this from the start.

Awesome show, I dunno if it's been said already but i thought i would point out that Aion free to play isn't being published or run by Ncsoft Gameforge has taken control of it which is european based, most likely why there isn't a U.S free to play deal yet.

Well Aion going free-2-play , i stoped and read all the info's for what a free2play player can experience and its crap , all dungeons solo/multy have twise or more time to re-enter , you can craft/gether 50 levels per-day and blah , even experience its slower ,the only good thing free2play players can do is to buy a pack ( like paying each mounth ) and unlock everything , free2play my ass .

Are you guys gonna do something with Allods Online any time soon? It's one of the most original fantasy mmo's out there, with a unique plot and endgame content(largely focused around flying your own customizable fantasy/steampunk space battleship). It's had some updates that have led people to believe it to be pay to win, but it's one of the least pay to win mmo's out there. It's going to have the first major update since the release soon, so it might be something to consider.

The subscription-based model will probably never go away, point-in-fact as free-to-play tries to seek a method of holding people, they'll just aim for $5/mo or something smaller for VIP-style game play and experience boosts or other boons or access to VIP content. Tiered content isn't uncommon and it does give games a snobs-vs-freeps but this could be a PvP selling point.

Wasn't able to watch past about 15 minuites but I can tell you I enjoy geting a blend of svral perspectives like a radio show. I support you doing this for all games. I play dungeons and dragons and runescape on and off.

MapleStory didn't become worse than it was in the beginning, people just got older. They mature and outgrow their shit and MapleStory is just one of those things.

The game itself is better than the lagging glitchy and GAWDAWFUL GRINDY p.o.s. it was way back in beta. If anything, it's the community that took the dive, and that can't be helped because if a game becomes hugely popular, people will join and among those people are potential asswipes.
