1. hunk is a mercenary soldier in RE 2, he was send to birkin to take the G-Virus, and by an accident the t-virus broke out. And after Jill, Carlos,Leon and Claire he was the 4th survivor.

2. No, there is no Krauser in RE2

Krauser is a new character in RE4 but as for history, he trained with Leon or something like that.

Beside do you need all the character to finish their own map like Ada on Village,

Hunk on Base,Krauser on Castle, and Wesker on Waterworld to unlock a HandCannon? Or do you need one mercenaries to unlock all 5 stars on all the maps?

you have to have 5 stars on EVERY map with EVERY character if you want to unlock the handcannon.

It's a timmer. You needed to get lots of timmer to keep your timmer up so you can killed more ppls.
