Not to mention that when it comes to a viruses, human imunne system is on its own, with very few options - interferrons mostly, antivirals can help just a bit... So yes - the movie is freaking because at this point the official medicine can only count the numbers if something like this happens, sadly ...

@whymeproducz But here's the catch. It wasn't. Well, it started pretty well, but it became very unrealistic. For example, how did he still have his power? Nobody tried to rob him or anything like that. They came up with the vaccine in like six months in the movie, but if this were real, it would've taken years. The people's reaction was far to tame. Attacking the pharmacy lady was the bare minimum of what would've really happened.

The music was the reason such high levels of tension were created and maintained throughout the movie, also the brutality in which such A List Oscar Award winning actors were so brutally killed off when we are used to seeing them survive. It was well edited too, the scenes weren't too long. At the end you could literally feel the whole audience let out a simultaneous breath, then the awkward fear filled and quiet laughs.
