Only wash your face twice a day. In the morning just use a light cleanser then in the evening you can use the more heavier cleaner with either 2% salicylic acid or 2% benzyl peroxide. Then use an alcohol free toner and then moisturize with an oil-free moisturizer. Hopefully this helps you! =)
i have the same blush from p2, it was a le and im so freaking lucky that i bought it last year because im totally obsessed with it its the best blush for summer:)))

Ok 1: drink green tea with lemon, because lemon is highly recommended for a healthy skin. 2: get some Aloe Vera drink. it's great for acne and scars. 3: Don't drink coffee, drink lots of water! 4: If you are eating a lot of nuts, slow down with them or eat a handfull with acid fruits. 5: Eat lots of rawfood to cleanse your body. 6: try the morning smoothie of Kimberly Snyder (it's a powerdrink for your skin&dark circles) 7:Try another sunscreen. Hey suggestion- stick to a regime! I had the SAME exact bumps on my forehead, I ordered proactiv and JUST used that.. and now its fine. I know its hard to stay away from the fun face masks and exfoliaters.. but seriously! Sticking to minimal products saved my skin.
TIP #1: let you're skin breathe!!!!! Don't use makeup everyday if not necessary and hopefully it'll get better. I get pimples like that on my forehead and it's because I over exfoliate or over clean and I don't close my pores after I'm done cleansing.
Have you tried Jafra's Tea Blend Mattifying Blotting Sheets? The ingredients are completely natural leaving your face feeling fresh and clean! The pack contains 100 sheets and is very cheap and compact, perfect for your handbag! Hope it helps (:! ~Love!

anna ive a cool idea for a video. I was thinking of a video on tips on how you and johnathen keep it nice and romantic when living together, im moving in with my boyfriend soon and cant wait but want us to still be "us"...how do I still be me and not end up nagging him about the dishes etc!x
Anna, I forgot to tell you - this came to my mind later, but I knew a girl whose forhead broke out like that too and it turned out her Dermatologist said it was her hair care products. She was using this Aussie Scrunch spray or something like that and it was causing her head to break out just like that...so be sure and watch shampoos and conditioners/hair sprays too....hope that helps!xxoo
Hi Anna I know that you are probably getting loads of suggestions on skincare but i have a few suggestions. Try using something called AHA - alpha hydroxy acid for a lot of people its much more affective than benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Also try tea tree oil or lavender oil. Also try going more natural with skincare. hope this helps :)
I HAVE THE SAME EXACT SKIN AND THE SAME EXACT ACNE IN THE SAME EXACT PLACE. TO GET RID OF IT I WASHED MY FACE AND USED MY FAVORITE MOISTURIZER AND THEN I PUT ON ZAPZYT AND DO THIS EVERY NIGHT AND EVERY MORNING UNTIL IT LEAVES
I also live in Germany and I liked your 'german favourites video' =)
My skin was also very worse since feburary 2011. I was at a cosmetician 3 times in intervals of about 4-5 weeks and she cleaned up my face. I use the 'actipur' cleansing-foam in the evening and the 'zeniac LP' cream. In the morning I wash my face with warm water and use the 'avene clean AC' cream. My skin is so much better now!I will go to the cosmetician in 2 weeks again.I can advice you to do the same=) (sorry for my english)
Halloooo :) First off all I want to say I LOOOOOOOOOOVE LOVE LOVE your videos. it's like you could be my big sister or something like that. So gorgeus!
I come from germany and p2 is something like essence so if you want to get more of it tell me :*
Tips for your skin problems: I actually have the same type of skin so maybe they could REALLY help you.
*only use products with very good and naturally things in it like from an organic shop. As specially for your hair. * Use bare minerals. LOVE it
I agree with going to a specialist. My dad had those breakouts, too and he managed it with a special cream he got from the dermatologist. the doctor said it can be caused by different reasons maybe stress, maybe a incompatibility but most women get breakouts in hormone changes.
I live in Hungary and I can get all this stuff too! :))) Thx for the german review, finally I see some products in your video that are available in my country too!
The forehead breakouts are usually caused by some sort of digestive problem or food sensitivities. I had the same little annoying bumps but until I figured out what was going on internally I used the unblemished kit by rodan & fields. It cleared me up in two-four weeks. :) Also eating a low glycemic diet helps most people.
Agreeing with people to go see a professional, it's always best just in case it's a side effect of something. Personally I think it's just all the stress you're going through right now with the wedding plus the weather, that can affect your body quite a bit physically. As the wedding is coming up I'd say to just get professional help as soon as possible :) xxx
I tried Proactiv and it worked wonders for me. I know it doesn't work for some people but it worked for me. I was having a similar problem and I couldn't bring myself to stop wearing my makeup so I gave it a shot and now I love it!
Anna, I would go to the dermatologist if I were you. Now is the perfect time since your wedding is coming up. Plenty of time to get your skin flawless! :)
There are some birth control pills that are very effective for treating acne. The BCP raises your estrogen level. Acne is more prevalent in those with a raised testosterone level. Most people here are offering topical solutions which just treats the problem. By raising one's estrogen level one is preventing the problem from even happening in the first place. I recommend that you work with an endocrinologist. They are experts with treating women with acne, hirsutism and hair loss.
That's really great!I'm from Germany and I always watch makeup videos from America/UK/etc and I'm always super jealous because I can't buy most of the stuff they show there. But now I finally have something I can buy because it's available in the stores in Germany :)
Awww Anna I've had that same forehead bump thing, too! It still comes and goes, but the only thing that ever helps me is a 10% benzoyl peroxide creme I got from the drugstore. I just put a thin layer of it on my forehead at night and wash it off in the morning. Hope you find something that works for you too! <3
My sister had those bumps in the same place in the forehead & the dermatologist told her to use a Glycolic acid cream 12% every day at night & it works very well for her plus he told her not to use physical scrubs if she is oily & acne prone she should use only use chemical exfoliation. also i think it will help you so much if you start a diet to clean your livers & kidney through detoxification
ANNA YOU SHOULD NAME THIS VLOG... WAITING FOR DAYLIGHT!! I JUST LOVE YOU & JOFUS!!! WE LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH IN THE US!! KEEP THE VLOGS COMING LOVE YA HUGS & LOVES JENN!! :~)
Honestly Anna, what you should do is try a BHA exfolient. Paula's Choice makes a good one. All you that you need to do is use a very gentle cleanser (like the St. Ives olive oil cleanser - it foams up don't worry :) and use and exfolient. If you find your skin needs moisture, then use a moisturizer (I would also recommend one from Paula's Choice because all her products only have the ingredients that are beneficial, no non-sense ingredients) so yeah. just google Paula's Choice, trust me on this
I had the same problem with the skin on the forehead.Dermatologist advised me La Roche Posay Cream Duo Efaclar and I swear, after two days my skin condition has very improved.I recommend it to you frankly because I use it mysalfe, more than half a year and I still love it :)
@xblossomcherry it also means hot chocolate in German..but the powdery baking cocoa is also called Kakao. To be specific: Hot Chocolate= Heiße Kakao, Cocoa Powder=Kakao Pulver
Hi Anna!Probably the problem that you have on your forehead is bkz of the sun.It must be some reaction to the sun.maybe if you use face cream with higher SPF it will get better.U make such nice videos!
I am officially jelous of your pretty tan! I remember when I first started watching your vids you had such a pretty tan too! :)
Oh this In the Nude lipstick - I've been trying to get my hands on it for weeks! An USA friend will maybe get it for me, cannot wait to try it, looks so pretty!
Ah - face problems, tell me about it! You should definately consult a doctor about what to use, this is what I would do. I am sure it will go away quickly, you just need a good prescription.
If you don't think it's acne, it might be a bacterial thing. It's happened to the best of us. It might be time to throw out your foundation - andreaschoice has a video on when to throw out your make-up.
In every place we get a spot its something to do with a certain part of our body, might be a bit disgusting but forehead is ones intestinal area.. For example getting spots on your jaw means there is something wrong with your kidneys, i got bumpy spots all the time on my jaw.. It could be as little as leaving going to the bathroom for too long. Obviously there is other reasons we get spots but tese are the main reasons i feel. Google the full list..
Hi Anna I would recommend that you go to a dermatologist (and not a GP to sort out your skin). Over 4 years of bad skin, I visited a GP 3 times all of their suggestions never worked. I had given up. Now work in the area of health and a month ago decided to book an appointment with consultant dermatologist. Skin cleared in 2 weeks. It is not cheap but think of your wedding photos. It'll be worth it.
for your forehead you should steam your face then use a mask, that helps me when me skin is going really out of order, also i'm not sure if you have Lush in Ireland, if you do you should pop a Tea Tree Tab in the bowl of water that you use to steam your face, its really good too
What works best for me is Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash, a toner with witch hazel, Clean & Clear Persa Gel 10, and an oil free moisturizer. And since you have oily skin try putting milk of magnesia on before primer and foundation, it helps dry up some oil!
stop wearing face makeup, that's a start. let your skin breathe, i have the same problem, and it's gotten better since i stopped wearing makeup on my face and drinking lots of water. it looks like a reaction to something honestly.
I also had the bumpy forehead problem, what worked for me is that I found these Facial Buff Pads at target you get a pack of them for under 2 dollars and they are located near the cotton balls and nail polish remover for whatever reason. I have only found them at target, but they gently exfoliate, I use them everyday, and whenever I dont use them the bumpyness comes back. I also use cetaphil facewash and lotion which is super gentle. Good luck!
OMG i had that problem !!! take two vitamin e capsles per day and drink your 8 classes of water and switch your moisturizer becuase i think when u use a moisturizer for to long that happens but idk . all i know is as soon as i started useing a diffrent moisturizer my skin got better . i have combo skin too ! please please consider !!!
I have the EXACT same problem with my forehead right now. my forehead NEVER breaks out and all of a sudden its been extremely horrible for weeks now :( it makes me SO uncomfortable. sometimes i raise my eyebrows because it hides it . :P
I love this perfect summer look!! love the gold accessoires with the white tank top and the coral nailpolish!
And yes, Kakao ist kind of like chocolate, it's that powder you put in milk to get hot chocolate. Smells lovely! I should try that Balea bodybutter very soon! :)
Hi Anna, I would highly recommend using honey and natural yogurt on your forehead! You can use it together or alone as a face mask. I have similar skin to you and had a similar problem recently and I used the honey and natural yogurt a couple times a week and it really calmed it done. I found that products with chemicals in them just aggravated the skin! Hope this helps! x
Hi Anna, I've done a lot of research throughout the years about what causes acne. I'll give you a quick list of things: Multi vitamins, spinach, soy, citrus fruit, lack of sleep, foods high in fat, and of course certain cosmetics, skincare, and soaps.
I can't explain everything to the last detail, so you'll just have to take my word for it, or do further research on your own. I hope this was helpful.
That blush at the beginning looks just like Warm Soul Mineralise blush from MAC. I use that one every single day! A great bronzey rose. Ahhh I love your videos Anna!! And I'm so excited for your wedding! I hope it is an absolute dream :D
I had the same acne problem on my forehead like you and acne on the forehead is most of the time caused by stress.. I can recommend you to do something like yoga it helped me :) greets from germany :)
I watched the video before reading polarbears comment, and I have to say that I also had the feeling that your skin in your face looked like you went on the tanning bed.
Now that you say you didn't, it might actually be the new P2 bronzer? Maybe it's just a little too brown or something.....
Personally, I like your face best when theres no bronzer, just a light peachy blush.
But then again, you can wear what you want, you will always be pretty ;)
maybe the bumps are food related. if you've been eating/drinking a lot of soy that could mess with your hormones a bit.if not a retin a formula might work for you. or maybe just calm down on the exfoliation for awhile and give your skin a break and it might just clear up on its own.
Just a tip for you girl! Try oatmeal. Yes. Oatmeal. Actually, bubzbeauty turned me onto this bc she had a HORRIBLE skin reaction a month or two ago and nothing worked until oatmeal. I've now been doing it as well and it's amazing. You can find a vid on her channel but basically you just take the oats add some water in your hand to soften them up and apply to your face. All natural and it should help even out your skin. Yogurt is also a good one. Do some googling you'll see! I was shocked bc I h
I really wish I had some advice for you for your skin right now, I can tell it is really bothering you. It breaks my heart I don't know how to help. I had a similar problem, but all over my face, and finially after trial and error error error (lots of them! haha) I went to a dermatologist. She said it was just hormonal and now I use Tretinoin (aka Retin-A) and my skin is back to normal... but if I stop using it for 2 days in a row I break out. Lame! I feel your pain and wish you the best love!
And with the bumps on the forehead, I had the same problem for the longest time. And what made a difference for me was actually the shampoo I used! I guess the shampoo irritated my skim and I got bumps. And I saw somewhere that it could be the cause so I switched and it doesn't happen to me anymore. Also just being super gentle with the skin helps I've noticed. I stopped with the exfoliating for a while & used really gentle products and my skin was happier! Hope it helped :)

This was a really good video I live in Germany so thank you for the tips ;)
I have one of this essence lipsticks but I never noticed this beautiful nude tone which I 'll definitely go and check out. I hope the p2 blush wasn't from a limited edition so that I still can get it cause it just looks sooo awesome on you. You have such a beautiful face :).
I have to try out the bodybutter. To be honest I already saw reviews about in from other people but you just convinced me :D

give the girl a break with the whole tan thing! i never ever tan on purpose but during the summer i spend hours outdoors so i also tend to get quiet tanned. how can you judge her for having a tan? plus she's half italian for goodness' sake, so she will get a pretty tan
Wow! You are mega tanned!love your bronseygoldy blush=)i got mine from natural collection n mac msf gold stone love em=)
try biore facial wash ive had that before traumatic bumps=(and biore helps my skin a lot and dont over expoliate and also use light for sensitive skin moisturizer, wear less makeup for awhile it'll help
i had that same skin problem a couple of years ago on my forehead as well, it was kind of an off and on thing for awhile, but i remembered what always worked for me was rather than using an actual exfoliator, i would take a soft wash cloth and get it very lathery with mild soap and just buff the problem area gently for a minute or so and then it would be gone in a few days :) i hope this helps! <3
i had the exact same bumpy area thing on my forehead in a particular area and i found out it was because of an allergic reaction to something, so that might be what happened. you should see a dermatologist if you can to get it diagnosed. best of luck!
I had the same problem and the exact same spots a month ago. i went and saw a specialist and the most likely reason for those spots is that you're overworking your skin with too many products that are too harsh. maybe you're over-exfoliating or your cleanser does too many things.
CETAPHIL is amazing, its gentle yet efficient. the packaging is boring, but right now what you need most is a cleanser that just cleanses and doesn't promise to also scrub and strip away pimples or something..
Hey Anna, loved you favorites and your tan. That chocolate body butter looks amazing! So wish I could get the German products in the US.Oh, and that blush is stunning! Anways, thanks for sharing your favorites!
I had a similar problem to you with my forehead (in the same spot actually), and i went and saw the dermatologist about it. It's probably milia, or acne (i can't tell because of the makeup). The dermatologist put me on medication, and about 3 weeks later they were completely gone (but i still have to take the medication so they don't come back for another couple of months) Then again, everyone's skin is different. I would say, just go to the dermatologist, and you'll be all good.
Khiel's Blue Herbal face wash might help it is a bit potent but I would look into it it did help me and I do have oily skin and it is sensitive so who knows it might just work for you. Good Luck :0
Gorgeous Gorgeous Girl !! Every time I tune in to your videos, I see you even more Gorgeous than before!! I hoenstly, don't know if thats possible. You have beautiful Olive skin!! I love that blush and those earrings are so beautiful. Your nail polish is beautiful sweetie!! Great video !! :O)
theres a great cream you can get in the pharmacy, its called "duac" you put it where the breakout is and it really helps to clear it up! i had the same thing on my cheeks and it literally was a lifesaver! o and it says to dab the cream on but i think rubbing it into the skin was more effective! hope this helps. :)
I've had skin troubles sense I was 8. When I went through the faze of little bumps like you have I got a toner the one from biore is really nice, idk if you can get that there though? Or a witch hazel toner. When you exfoliate use a clay mask. Your pores are clogged from exfoliating and not getting all the dead skin off.
i have those same excact bumpys! I have no idea what they are or how to get rid of them!! I'm thinking of getting the clairisonic but i dont want to spend all that money on something i dont know will work. PLEASE let me know if you fix your problem! xx
i have been looking for in the nude by essence, but i dont know if they make it anymore, but do you know if its anything like essence's look at me! shade? :)
my forehead was really bumpy too but it was also really dry, I switched to using Cetaphil cleanser and moisturiser and my skin is normal now, oily in the t-zone after a day of wearing makeup but there are no more bumps. I used to use st ives apricot scrub everyday and I think that I too was over exfoliating so I would try giving your skin a rest and using gentle products on it. a year on and i don't need to exfoliate anymore, I just use my clarisonic once a day to remove makeup with the cetaphil
dairy commonly makes people break out. i know you said that you drink soy milk, but maybe you're consuming cheese or baked goods or something else that contains milk?
I used to use dermalogica which was ok but never got on top of it. I used special cleansing gel, every skin prep scrub to exfoliate, multi active toner & active moist moisturiser.
I swapped after watching reviews & now me & hubby both use clean & clear deep action cleansing wash - the oil free version, multi active toner & clean & clear Skin Balancing moisturiser.
Clean & clear stuff is definately worth a try. Fab & not expensive.

tonkatoy84 7 months ago
My sister had those bumps in the same place in the forehead & the dermatologist told her to use a Glycolic acid cream 12% every day at night & it works very well for her plus he told her not to use physical scrubs if she is oily & acne prone she should use only use chemical exfoliation. also i think it will help you so much if you start a diet to clean your livers & kidney through detoxification
Hope this helps you ....Good Luck :)

It'll be worth it.

for your forehead you should steam your face then use a mask, that helps me when me skin is going really out of order, also i'm not sure if you have Lush in Ireland, if you do you should pop a Tea Tree Tab in the bowl of water that you use to steam your face, its really good too
divaindahouse21 7 months ago

Good luck!

Dear Anna,
I watched the video before reading polarbears comment, and I have to say that I also had the feeling that your skin in your face looked like you went on the tanning bed.

Hope it helped :)

i had that same skin problem a couple of years ago on my forehead as well, it was kind of an off and on thing for awhile, but i remembered what always worked for me was rather than using an actual exfoliator, i would take a soft wash cloth and get it very lathery with mild soap and just buff the problem area gently for a minute or so and then it would be gone in a few days :) i hope this helps! <3

I would say, just go to the dermatologist, and you'll be all good.

go down. Hope this helps:)

Hey Anna,
I've had skin troubles sense I was 8. When I went through the faze of little bumps like you have I got a toner the one from biore is really nice, idk if you can get that there though? Or a witch hazel toner. When you exfoliate use a clay mask. Your pores are clogged from exfoliating and not getting all the dead skin off.

I'm prone to breakouts, but around my chin.
