i looked at both videos the guy does look very close but if you pause the maury video at .45.46 and pause the steve wilcos video at .17-.19 you can cleary see the large tatoo on his neck which isnt in the other video also you can see that though they do greatly resemble each other its clearly not the same man but i can see how someone could get them confused
