they don't have names. That part wasn't in the book, so which death eater is holding which person wasn't specified. They're just random death eaters.

There's a good chance the Noble Collection will make a new set of wands for the characters of OotP, as for Bellatrix, Luna, Ginny, Umbridge and the Death Eaters. But Bellatrix' wand is so crooked it just looks ugly. I think Voldemort's wand is the greatest one - it looks magnificent and has the greatest craftmanship. To those who are buying wands I'd recommend that one.

ha ha, well, I think the major characters have their own wands, but the extras all have the same basic wands
