When my friend first showed me this video i was lik big whoops then i got into it and now just 2day i started a parkour group i still have a lot of practicing to do shadow thanks and could u give me a good two letterd name 4 a group plzz respond?
Not too sure what everyone sees in these types of videos. guy at work told me to check it out and personally all i see if a bunch of grown men running around like a bunch of monkeys and have sheer luck on their side that they don't get hurt. but kudos for what you do. Someone out there is looking up to this i assume and good way to keep kids off drugs....just not hospitals. ^_~
@22hannsg glad you stumbled upon my page just from a co worker recommendation and a quick search ;) No worries concerning your view, Parkour is hard to comprehend until you actually do it. There's such a spiritual, philosophical and disciplined sense of the world you acquire through training that may look like monkey business but is more like a superpower ^_^ I teach it in a school! So it's definitely a great anti-drug.
This is literally one of the best parkour vids I have ever seen. It really captures the grace of parkour. We are shooting a PK vid today and this serves as great inspiration.
