How to Download FREE BOOKS from Gutenberg

Any idiot should be able to download a book from Gutenbery, right? Well, it didn't work for me. I followed his directions,  but in the matrix of options of formats none was marked main, so I right clicked on one that said PDF, it downloaded what looked like a page of directions somewhere in Gutenberg.

Can someone tell me, is downloading free eBooks LEGAL and SAFE? Some eBooks I’ve seen on these free eBook sites are books that are fairly new and cost a lot of money.

1. Are these free eBooks legal?

2. Can eBook PDF files conceal dangerous code and viruses? I’ve seen URLs advertising the free eBook site within the free eBook, even though eBooks are usually read-only. If they can add URLs into the free eBook, can they also add custom code that can execute dangers code on the user’s computer?

@RememberToday4ever Free eBooks you find on the web are mostly pirated and illegal to download if you don't own a physical copy already, but honestly you could definitely get away with it. If you don't really care about it being illegal as much as you care about being caught, don't be....

As to your second question, yeah pretty much any file downloaded could POTENTIALLY have a virus....

well it's great video.but here are some tips on how you can increase the quality of the video.first for recording video you can use cam-studio it's completely free.second you can use note pad instead of Microsoft office.now after i gave you the tips I'm just gonna say you are the man and thanks once again for the video it's really easy and simple.
