Great idea to show the school!, Luke is so precious! This is Kylie's last year at Pre-School. She learned more being home schooled than she has in school for the past 2 years! Apparently the teachers/aids, don't want to be bothered! I pulled her out of school over the summer because of her heart surgery, she is now potty trained, knows where she lives, can spell her name, identifies letters with words, and is walking and talking up a storm! We taught her! We don't give up on her! God Bless.
I pray that situations like this won't hinder luke in being all that he can. Sure you'll get the odd weirdo but hey rise above it :-) Love and blessings x.x.x
I would just like to say I think this video is a great idea because schools tend 2 think kids with CP can't and aren't mentally able 2 learn & communicate with others. I remember when I 1st went 2 americas equivelent 2 high school all the teachers were unaware & not educated on wat a person with CP could & could not do. I will always remember their instant thinking "oh shes disabled we gotta help her" & whn I refused I got suspended because I wanted to b independant.
I"m a teacher in Manhattan and I work with Children with special needs. This was very nice. Thank you for sharing.

I have CP too. I am lucking because I can talk & walk but sometimes my knees will hurt & my tall friends have to caring me.
