Not too often but since ur luring so many with barrage u get alot of charms per hr though if u just killed 1 lob all hour you would barly get any charms

all you have to do is talk to the penguin keeper. he will tell you the penguins have been laying too many eggs and will give you one. put it in and incubator and wait a little bit. then go back and pick it up, wait and feed it to have your very own penguin!!!

ice giants are located on white wolf mountain you need a pickaxe and mine near the rock then go down to southest ladder and follow path and go up ladder and ice gaints should be there.Any problems message me Daredevil595

ever tried IceFiends? Every fiend has a droprate of atleast 95% to drop a charm.

80% crimson

10% gold

8% green

2% blue

Icefiends are hard creatures, use protect vs range and armour with high magic defense while fighting them. (karil/armadyl)

Another good creature is Granite Lobsters, which should be killed with multi target spells, like Ice Burst.
