A lot of people don't notice this but in claptons first solo his guitar strap breaks and robbie picks him right up and goes into his own solo, great musicians

@binka8830 Damn! I've seen this MANY times and I never noticed that. I subconsciously noticed the hiccup between the solos - and the cut from one to the other seemed strange. But now it all falls into place. Clapton's strap was out of position (upside down) and when he moved, it fell OFF. Robbie picked up the solo while Clapton reconnected it. Nice to have another piece of life's jigsaw fall into place after thirty-five years! Thanks - and a VERY belated Happy Christmas!
