Guys... For God's sake... Tha GBA was created to resemble the graphics of a SNES in a handheld! And for it to be able to produce a game that looks close to a PS1 game (Or in some cases, better, just look at Golden Sun) is remarkable! So no, the graphics do not suck, just remember it's a console created for 2D gaming, got it? And personally, I'd rather play any GBA game to all your HD crap you got nowadays!

It's always been third party. It started out as one of the original Playstation's signature games, but had a Saturn and N64 port of RE1 and RE2 respectively.

Dreamcast was the first to get Code Veronica, as was Gamecube for RE4, but PS2 wound up with both of them anyway. REMake and 0 remained GC exclusives, I think, but 5 is for PS3 and 360.

The GBA is able to render some sort of 3D.

There are 3D games such as Doom, Monkey Ball or Need For Speed and they looks very good for this sort of Hardware.
