not necessarally...go into a video editing program like windows movie maker and then pause that particular point with a capture photo or similar. I could do it with my own computer right now if I had the video clip.
LOL you would need about 2 stills (for the rattle) make them go back and fourth, and you would need that sound as well. But not completely with rct3 with help of another program ;D
