--- its Yotis, which means :-- Yours

From that time even to day in Albania is a saying :--Who blinds u ?..Yours--.

In truth, Polifemus, after Oddisseus blinds him he says his name is Outis, not Ontis.

Outis means "nobody" in ancient Greek. Therefore the saying should be: "Who blinds you? Nobody" :-)

That's very nice... But Odisseus used that sentence not to reveal his own name: so Polifemus' friends could not know who hurted him: "who blinded you, Polifemus?"... "nobody blinded me!"... "oh, alrigt, you did it by yourself. No problem" they must have thought. Instead if he said "YOU blinded me", the friends must have said "we didn't blind you at all, are you crazy?". That's why Odisseus said that his name was "Nobody". Not to be recognised. Sorry to have ruined your party :-)

@julianosmith1 This is not a movie. It was a televised series of the 60s aired in eight episodes for a total length of about 8 hours. My advice is to purchase the DVDs which are available in Italian. It's definitely worth the money, it's an excellent buy.
