It's sad to see how dumbfounded people are when Ron Paul says the alternative solution is LESS GOVERMENT INTERVENTION. It is as if we the people of America don't have any idea what having rights feels like anymore. People in the audience are like, "do you mean to say we have rights and can make a difference through local governments? But I'm so used to the goverment giving me answers!" Does anyone else see this?
Dr. Paul said on another video, that FEMA was now trying to recover $0.5 billion that was given to people who fraudulently applied for money as victims of Katrina.
YouTube has blocked part 1 of this series for " inappropriate content" (which is pure bull)...
They're trying to censor anything that is pro-freedom and that has to do with Truth. Don't be surprised if they remove ALL of the Ron Paul videos and suspend my account.
Dr. Paul is saying you're responsible for finding the alternatives. We were wrong to look to government to solve our problems. The government is there to protect our rights and freedoms. The alternative Dr. Paul proposes is local control vs. our current centralized authoritarian structure.
yeah, but like the guy below says; everyone's become so accustomed to looking to the government for answers to problems. the free market solves alot of the issues and that's why he repeats that message because it's true.
great thing about ron paul, he appeals to People's intellectuality, not their fear

Failure to specify alternatives remains my issue with the guy too. Anyone can trash the current situation.

Except he suggests plenty of alternatives: Viz., the free market.

Again,I referred to the interviewer's question re:FEMA. He was asked specifically what he would do instead if he got rid of it and never answered.
Many Paul supporters message me that they think he means this,or means that...
I expect to hear HIM answer when asked and given adequate time to do so.

watch it again bud, he directly answered the question and said that organizations like FEMA should be handled at local levels, not national levels.
