@lalaevelinachka There's scar wax, it's nothing like liquid latex, but you can build it up on your skin to create wounds. Honestly, I'm not very good at using it though.

I usually use nose/scar wax to do what you did in the beginning with tissue, but I think that you've got a pretty good idea there. Looks less messy and a little easier :-)
