  • vizzutti method?

  • Ruben is spectacular...

  • Sergei Nakariakov plays diagonally down, and now also ruben, Why is that ? does that make them play better. I know that Sergei got in a car accident that' s why he plays like that.

  • The direction one points the instrument does not determine the quality of sound. I play diagonally down as well yet Wynton Marsalis plays straight ahead and Maurice Andre and Allen Vizzuti both have a slight downwards angle. Everybody has their own dental structure and that determines what's the best way to place the instrument for that certain individual.

few people have the extreme downstream embrochure that Ruben and Sergei have but that is not the reason why they sound so good, practice is.

  • Ruben is just phenomenal. The accompanist is extraordinary too.

The ease with which Ruben performs all of his repertoire I've seen on YouTube is amazing.

I'm interested in his pivot method which is the exact opposite of Alison Balsom's.

  • callate forro debes ser chileno encima. este flaco la rompe y con 15 años encima!!

try to connect when u r playin more with your voice and your heart and your music gonna sound more personal. Or dance to the music when u practicing... trumpeters r used to sit almost the whole time... things like that can help.

go on, u gonna be one of the best.

    cheers

  • El mejor de todos, un trompeta desde Zaragoza, Viva rubén, desde aqui con todo el cariño, conoces a Jorge Layana? fue mi profesor... Es tambien famoso.

  • His ability is good, but that arrangement is like watching a 90 year old man with asthma try to run. Start, stop, start, stop.

So nice playing, but poor arrangement!

  • I agree. Terrible arangement, but can't fault the playing.

  • On the other hand, common bumblebee is a bit overplayed, so it's just a way to make it more interesting maybe

  • :O :O :O

  • yeh!

  • That was amazing!
