It's a free to play mmorpg focusing on real time combat called Continent of the Ninth. Yes it's coming to NA. Sorry, but you missed out on the closed beta signups which were from like early Jan to I believe the 19th. Closed beta is from I think Feb 4th to Feb24-28. You'll just have to watch out for any future closed betas/ open betas because I don't think it officially releases until way later this year.
