Korea is only the "Meca" for SC2 because they dedicate themselves to practicing... Doesn't matter where u live or who u are, dedication trumps laziness every time...

well now i did more research I found out kespa and blizzard finally reached an agreement with the license.

I guess that's great news!!!!

@rapidspit You appear to have your facts wrong.

GOM currently has all rights to broadcast SC2 in Korea (but not for that much longer I believe) and Blizzard/kespa have been in legal disputes over royalty issues (it's complicated). Blizzard has not banned Kespa from anything.
