Danny did all of the work and then Nolen only bowled that one game & practically "ran away" with a good game out from under Danny. Danny looked like he was getting tired that last game, that's probably how Nolen won it. Not sure how much weight those balls are, probably 14-16 range. I bowl with an 8 lb. ball, yes, an 8er. lol It doesn't tire me out & i bowl pretty good with it. A month back, bowled a 215 with it. =)
No doubt in my mind...when Wiseman threw that first ball in the 10th frame I would've been already balling my eyes out when I saw the result. Great match, great victory, great job holding back the emotions...cuz there is no way I would've held that in at the end of the match.
What a lame job ESPN did with the camera angles. Nearly every shot of the ball contactin the pins was blocked. I know they are in the arean, but COME ON! Pathetic.
Wolfman.. thanks for the upload. and for the others watching .. suggest you put off reading further comments until after you watch the game.. since a couple folks gave away the outcome in their remarks. ( a little inconsiderate! )
Agreed. It's not as far back and far above as it usually is, which is strange because they bowled in this same location at the National Bowling Stadium championships. And the angles were great, but w/e, I'm the type of person that likes to watch the pin reaction and the entry angle.

Fuck you. Waht are you jelous or something. Don't open your mouth and talk shit to me. Loser, @NodTheBowler, Try watching the video first before reading comments, Another knob!
we'll have to see about that.... he has been bowling a few tournaments now, and hasnt made much noise until this one. and he dominated it. It has one win wonder written all over it... But only time will tell. Hes got two years and 60 thou to make it happen now though
That's what sucks though. Why did it go down from $100,000 to $60,000? It makes no sense at all to lower 1st place that much and it really proves how much less you can make in bowling today.
Yeah, that's a big drop in the first prize. Wonder if it means USBC is really in money trouble. This should be a signature tournament for them, not an opportunity to be tight assed.
ESPN ought to slap the production crew around. The camera work was lame.
Hope Wiseman keeps bowling. He's a class act. Nice victory for Nolen. Thanks for the posts, Wolfman!
@Wolfman12395 yea i agree they really need to figure out a way to get more money on the tour so all these great athletes can get what they deserve for all there hard work
If you think John Nolen is a One shot wonder you haven't got a clue. John is having a career year to start his Exempt career...winning the RPI, finishing 8th at the Dick Weber Open, and then going undefeated at the Masters, doesn't sound like a One Shot Wonder to me.. I'm sure any of the players out there, DW included, will tell you he's the real deal
I couldnt see half of this, they shouldn't have it where you cant see what is going on, fucking idiots.

I've always liked Danny and his style. Maybe in retirement he can be a stand in for Hugh Jackman!

And why is it so bad that that Nolen won? Hes alright, I mean he did finish 8th place in the Dick Weber open, thats really good IMO

Yeah same here, very annoying especially on the last shot where you don't even know what happened.

Gah, I waited to find out that some "One shot wonder" fag wins. Against a legend such as Wiseman. Grr. Still a good match all in all.

You're a douche. I'd like to see you win the Masters any given day. Oh wait, that will probably never happen.

Ghost, you really shouldn't spoil the match.
Regardless, I don't think Nolen is a "One shot wonder" either. He's like the Rhino Page of 2009. He's got a lot of potential.
