My last day was so freeing, but not because I don't think I'll get more people like this in the retail industry, but there is such a fuck-you stigma from customers around employees of Blockbuster which is hardly founded and frankly, stupid. Jesus, this movie is 100% accurate. You managed to capture all my pet peeves, most especially the "8 deep customer line". You deserve a CSR medal for ingenuity and tolerance! P.S. In Blockbuster, nothing has changed so far and customers keep saying and doing those same damn things to us.

You know, I do customer service and it is my job to make the customer happy but sometimes I think pple forget that we are human beings too. I have to say I have wanted to say some jacked up things like this before!
hahaha yes!!!! all my frustrations with custs. rolled up in one movie I LOVE IT!!! all that's missing is when stupid parents send their kids in alone to rent movies like that's ok an get mad at US when the kid wants to rent a rated r movie and we need their id.
@camshaftyourface or they send the kid in because they know they owe money and think the employee will let the kid rent it and not say anything about the late fees
This should be a Module for us to watch to help us in our customer service, or to just let new employees know what the hell they're getting into. hahahaha
