i really like this tutorial. but i want to ask something. sorry if it sound stupid but i just want to know.. when using watercolour pencils.. do i really have to use a 200 gsm or watercolour paper? because i've tried it on a 90 gsm and dind't go like this, i'm thinking if its just because it really won't do or if i'm just stupid and can't do it properly. thank you very much ^^
I use this same technique all of the time for a different pencil medium, Just a tip though you dont need a different blending stump for each color - you can use a nail file and sand off the previous color, it also helps to keep your stumps sharp.
When using the sansodor you do not want to use watercolor paper as it will soak into the paper.

Very Nice. I'm wondering if Sansodor is the same thing as Gamsol, or odorless mineral spirits? Would really appreciate the feedback! TFS
