I did everything and nothing popped up (I was playing through the Chapter though, don't know why now that I think about it considering it's, you know, the first one. :l ) but then I quit and pressed "New Game", clicked an empty slot, and when it loaded, there it was. c:
For the trophy, the HB trophy didn't pop up like in the video, then I quit and reloaded the game. Mars big face will appear on the screen, the trophy did pop up there. That's how it worked for me.

yea, the story of this game is so dynamic. It's breath of fresh air for the ps3, uncharted is overrated. then again, I'm an xbox fan so...if there's two games that can put me on my ps3, it's demons souls, and heavy rain.

i just got my birthday trophy and idk bout playing through till the detective scene but i just waited till the origami figure loading screen when youre waiting for shaun to get out school, reloaded the game, and in the loaded screem, boom it popped up
@Merc261 when u play with the kids in the part you carry arround shaun, at the end when the arrow to drop him down appear, do not press down just wait like 1min and ethan will automatically put him down. REMEMBER DO NOT PRESS THE ARROW TO PUT HIM DOWN..
Like many of you I've had a tough time getting this trophy as well. When you have your son on your shoulder MAKE SURE YOU DON'T PUT HIM DOWN! THE GAME WILL AUTOMATICALLY DO IT AFTER AWHILE. Like many of you I've had a tough time getting this trophy as well. When you have your son on your shoulder MAKE SURE YOU DON'T PUT HIM DOWN! THE GAME WILL AUTOMATICALLY DO IT AFTER AWHILE. Then I kept playing until the loading screen with the investigator guy. When it popped up I was so happy. FINALLY! Must have played through the first three chapters (prologue,mall,etc) four or five times.

If you did everything and arent getting the trophy yet, you haven't done two things. 1. Finish the mall sequence too. 2 Its a glitch, so after the mall and when it loads up when its raining and your picking up your son. Go to the start menu, then main menu... then load.. and load back the game. It'll load with Ethan (the father on the front), and your trophy will arrive =) . Thumbs up if it works.

HEY! this works!!! i was fucked because to get this trophy i have to play three times the Intro ... (1 hour each) ... but was just go to Main Menu and reload the chapter!!!

@SevenTailedFox Seeing how 46 were helped, I thought I would give it a shot. After doing what you said twice, I still cant get it. I've done everything right, and yes I'm sure I don't already have it, I checked. Thanks for the hint though Fox.

they have to make another game like this. they might make it with different story/characters but who cares as long as the game rocks. also if they make another one I hope they don't have a bullshit trophy like this one that takes forever to get god I hate that birthday trophy.
